iHome iH16 Portable Speaker System for iPod (Gray)
Can I buy this in stores, electronics stores, and had one on display, and I pop in my iPhone 3G for testing. I have a fairly simple set of criteria that I'm getting pretty good at testing
That 1) the 3G? Yes (not my old clock radio).
2) It 'easy to make music, play equipment? Yes (You'd be surprised how many iPod speakers require significantly excited to get them to play the iPod).
3) I can listen to Internet radio? Yes (some devices that will play the iPod).
4) It is for the muisc? Yes (again, not all do).
5) The sound quality is respectable? Looking for a device the size of a bar of Toblerone, this is unbelievable. Not much bass, and will not make your ears bleed. But it's clean and precise, and makes you feel like you're listening to the stereo, rather than an alarm clock.
This is the first device I own that I would like to appear on my iPhone, turn on the Genius playlists and listen to simple as it may, I can kill a clock night light, with the slider, and it is up to. iPod boasts a center set up in the morning.
